For neurodivergent couples ready to stop surviving each other

You love each other.
You just can't seem to reach each other.

Couples Coaching with Alyssa Vee — for the high conflict, low communication relationships that are ready to find their way back.

This isn't incompatibility.
This is a skills gap.
And skills can be learned.

Your brain works differently.
So does your love.

I specialize in working with heterosexual couples where one or both partners are neurodivergent — ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences, OCD, or CPTSD. When nervous systems are wired differently, even the most loving relationships can feel like an impossible translation.

🧠

You're stuck in the same loop

The same fight on repeat. The same shutdown. The same distance after. You're not broken — you're missing the tools.

💬

Communication feels impossible

One person shuts down, one person escalates. Neither of you feels heard. And you're both exhausted from trying.

🤝

You want to feel like a team

You didn't sign up to be opponents. You want to feel safe with each other — like partners who actually get each other.

Real skills.
Real shifts.

This isn't surface-level communication coaching. We go deep — into your nervous systems, your attachment styles, your patterns — and we build something that actually holds in real life.

01

Nervous System Safety

Before anything else, we establish safety — individually and together. You can't communicate well when your system is in threat response. We change that first.

02

Understanding Your Wiring

Attachment styles. Communication styles. Neurodivergent traits and how they show up in your relationship. You'll finally understand why you do what you do — and so will your partner.

03

A Shared Language

We build the framework for how you talk to each other — in conflict, in connection, in the everyday. So nothing gets lost in translation anymore.

04

Tools You'll Actually Use

Practical, holistic, and doable in real life. Not worksheets. Not theory. Skills you gain confidence with over time and reach for when things get hard.

05

Individual Growth Within the Relationship

Many of my couples find the courage to pursue their own deeper healing alongside our work together. That's not a sign the relationship is struggling — it's a sign it's growing.

"I finally feel like they get me." — what I hear most from my couples

What it looks like
to work together

My couples typically work with me anywhere from three months to a couple of years — depending on the depth of what we're moving through. There's no timeline that's wrong. There's only the one that's right for you.

I didn't come to this work because it sounded beautiful. I came to it because I needed it to survive.

I'm a Psychosomatic Therapist and Holistic Embodiment Coach — trained in NLP, Time Technique, somatics, breathwork, Human Design, DBT, and intuitive energy work. My approach is clinical first, intuitive always, and rooted in nervous system safety as the foundation of every single thing we do.

I've been in the holistic wellness space since 2018, working with hundreds of individuals, couples, and small groups through my proprietary Phoenix Method — a multi-layered framework for healing that actually holds.

I'm a full-time RV traveler, a mother, a wife, a surviving daughter, and a person who is constantly in my own work. I'm not some guru on a pedestal. I'm a human being who has done the hard thing — and keeps choosing to do it — right alongside the people I work with.

And when it comes to couples work specifically — this isn't just clinical for me. My husband and I are both neurodivergent. I have AuDHD, and he has a TBI and ADHD. We have lived the communication breakdowns, the nervous system mismatches, the moments where love isn't the problem but connection feels impossible anyway. We've done the work — and we keep doing it.

So when I sit with you and your partner, I'm not reading from a textbook. I'm drawing from the same trenches you're in. That's what makes this different. That's what makes it actually work.

I'm not here to hand you a worksheet and call it healing. I'll meet your nervous system where it is — and walk with you through actually changing it.

You don't have to keep
white-knuckling it.

If any of this has been landing for you — this is your sign. Book a session or schedule a consult and let's see if we're the right fit.
