The Becoming

An Audio-Guided Journey Through Emotional Patterns, Core Beliefs & Unconscious Conditioning

You can understand why you do something and still find yourself doing it.

You can know you're worthy and still struggle to feel good enough. You can understand the importance of boundaries and still feel guilty setting them. You can recognize that a situation is different from your past and still find yourself responding in familiar ways.

Sometimes awareness alone isn't enough to change a pattern.

The Becoming is a self-paced, audio-guided personal development experience designed to help you explore the emotions, beliefs, and survival responses that may be influencing your life beneath conscious awareness.

Through guided visualization, NLP-inspired timeline exercises, EFT tapping, and gentle somatic integration, you'll have an opportunity to examine what you've been carrying, reflect on what you've learned, and practice responding to life differently.

Not because there's something wrong with you.

Because you're allowed to grow beyond the ways you've learned to survive.

Begin The Becoming

Self-paced. Audio-based. Move through the experience on your own terms.

You know the pattern. So why does it keep happening?

Maybe you recognize yourself in some of these experiences:

  • You feel responsible for everyone else's emotions.
  • You struggle to receive support, even when you desperately need it.
  • You find yourself reacting more intensely than you'd like.
  • You understand your worth intellectually, but still question it.
  • You hold onto guilt, shame, resentment, or sadness long after an experience has passed.
  • You have difficulty speaking up, setting boundaries, or trusting yourself.
  • You sabotage opportunities or relationships when things begin going well.
  • You're exhausted from trying to become a better version of yourself.

Sometimes these patterns began as adaptations to the circumstances you were living through.

And sometimes they continue long after those circumstances have changed.

The goal isn't to judge yourself for having developed them.

It's to become more aware of them, understand what they may have been protecting, and begin creating room for something different.

What is The Becoming?

The Becoming is a collection of 40 guided emotional and core belief clearing experiences organized into four themes.

Each recording uses visualization and NLP-inspired timeline techniques to help you explore a particular emotion, belief, or behavioral pattern.

You'll be guided through a symbolic timeline, using imagery to reflect on experiences and associations that may have contributed to the way you see yourself and the world.

Rather than forcing yourself to relive painful memories, you'll be invited to observe from a comfortable distance, identify meaningful learnings, and explore how those learnings might influence your present and future.

You'll also receive a foundational meditation, a guided EFT tapping experience, and a gentle somatic integration practice incorporating movement, stretching, and rest.

This is not about forcing a breakthrough.

It's about creating intentional opportunities for reflection, self-awareness, and change.

Four themes. Forty opportunities to explore something different.

01

The Emotional Body

Explore the emotions you've been carrying.

Sadness. Guilt. Shame. Anger. Resentment. Jealousy. Fear. Worry. Betrayal. Hopelessness.

These recordings invite you to examine your relationship with difficult emotions, the meaning you've attached to them, and what it might feel like to carry them differently.

The goal isn't to stop feeling. It's to develop a different relationship with what you feel.

02

The Identity Wound

Explore the beliefs you've developed about yourself.

I'm broken. I'm invisible. I'm a burden. I'm an imposter. I'm a failure. I'm too much. I'm too sensitive. I don't belong. I don't know who I am. I'm a terrible person. I'll never be good enough.

Some beliefs become so familiar that we stop recognizing them as beliefs.

We begin treating them as facts.

These recordings invite you to question those stories and explore a more compassionate, flexible understanding of who you are.

03

The Relational Wound

Explore what you've learned about connection, boundaries, and belonging.

My needs don't matter. I can't speak up. I say yes when I mean no. I hide my feelings. I people-please to survive. I shrink to be accepted. I need external validation. I'm never appreciated. I always come last. I'm responsible for everyone and everything. I have to be the strong one. I cannot be safely seen.

Our relationships can reveal beliefs we didn't realize we were carrying.

These recordings explore the ways you may have learned to maintain connection, avoid conflict, seek approval, or prioritize others at your own expense.

04

The Survival Patterns

Explore the habits that may once have protected you but now limit your choices.

I sabotage myself when things are good. I cannot receive. I hold grudges. I cannot forgive myself. I have to be perfect. I cannot make mistakes. I am powerless.

These recordings invite you to recognize familiar protective patterns without shame, acknowledge the role they've played in your life, and begin considering different responses.

You don't have to reject the person who learned to survive.

You can appreciate what got you here while making room for what comes next.

Integration matters, too.

The Becoming isn't just about exploring old beliefs.

It's also about practicing what you want to carry forward.

That's why the program includes two guided integration experiences.

EFT Tapping

Coming Home to Yourself

A guided tapping sequence exploring emotional acceptance, self-worth, relationships, boundaries, and the possibility of choosing new responses.

Somatic Integration

Coming Home to Your Body

A gentle audio-guided experience incorporating somatic awareness, pandiculation-inspired movement, supported stretching, stillness, and rest.

Both practices are designed to be revisited whenever they feel useful.

There's no requirement to complete a certain number of clearings before using them.

You get to decide what this experience looks like.

There's no rigid schedule.

You don't have to complete all 40 clearings in a particular amount of time.

You can begin with the foundational meditation, explore the themes in order, or return to individual recordings as certain patterns become more relevant in your life.

You can pause.

You can revisit something.

You can skip a practice that doesn't feel right for you.

And you can decide that you've done enough for today.

This is an invitation to work with yourself, not against yourself.

Meet your guide

Hi, I'm Alyssa Vee.

I'm a former psychotherapist turned holistic wellness coach and mentor, with a master's degree in social work and training in NLP, somatics, breathwork, and other approaches to personal development.

My work is informed by both professional experience and more than fifteen years of exploring my own healing.

One of the things I've come to understand is that knowing why we do something doesn't always mean we know how to respond differently.

And that healing doesn't need to become another way we measure our worth.

I created The Becoming to offer a structured but flexible space to explore the beliefs and patterns that can quietly shape our lives.

I'm not here to tell you who you should become.

I'm here to help you explore what's been influencing you, so you can make more intentional choices about what comes next.

A few questions you might have

Do I need experience with meditation or hypnosis?

No. The recordings guide you through the imagery and process. You don't need to be especially visual or have prior experience.

Do I have to complete every recording?

No. You can explore the material at your own pace and choose which recordings feel relevant.

What if I don't remember where a belief came from?

That's okay. The timeline exercises use symbolic visualization. You don't need to retrieve a specific memory, and images that arise shouldn't automatically be interpreted as historical facts.

Is this therapy?

No. The Becoming is an educational and personal development program, not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for individualized mental health care.

What if a recording brings up difficult feelings?

You can stop, open your eyes, and return your attention to your surroundings at any time. These exercises aren't appropriate for everyone, particularly as independent practices for people experiencing significant trauma-related symptoms or dissociation. Seek guidance from a qualified mental health professional when appropriate.

Will this permanently eliminate my limiting beliefs?

No particular outcome is guaranteed. These practices are opportunities for reflection and developing different responses, and individual experiences will vary.

You don't have to spend the rest of your life trying to fix yourself.

There may always be more to learn.

More to understand.

More to explore.

But you are also allowed to live.

To enjoy your relationships.

To make mistakes.

To change your mind.

To experience peace without feeling like you've earned it through enough personal development work.

The Becoming isn't about creating a completely different person.

It's about giving yourself room to live beyond the stories and patterns that have been defining you.

One belief at a time. One learning at a time. One little piece of yourself coming Home.
